Wells Fargo Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Simple and easy to understand

Total compensation is good enough

The insurance benefits and dental

Time off. Pay. Benefits. It's all good.

The pay is fair in most areas, but not if you have been with the company for a long time.

The yearly bonuses are solid.

I am able to submit overtime

Decent health benefits and pay

Get paid too much but then expected to do too much.

Its all good. Very fair and gracious

basic pay and the benefits

Well paid. 10% discretionary bonus.

All of the package. Its great..

Good salary with respect to position

Health benefits are the most useful to me.

Good package as per the market

401k match up to 6% is good. You can invest in company preferred stock, which pays dividends.

The yearly appraisal is what is always looked forward to

PTO is good because we are a bank.

The vacation time is good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Inflation and RTO has no kept up with my bills. Less than average raises with record profits is a slap in the face. WF use to be awesome. CS gives the work away to Microsoft and offshore.

Review from IT Dept

The base pay, bonus plan, and PTO plan are excellent. The medical coverage has very high copays.

Appraisals are not merit based.

They are not competitive in salary in comparison to most companies and are average at best in comparison to banks. The benefits are ok, but again nothing special in any way. Higher salaries and more benefit would be great, but I'm not holding my breath.

I feel undervalued because the more I take on results in a higher workload versus spreading the workload and holding everyone accountable to the same standards.

Review from Operations Dept

shift compensation islost when taking time off.

I need short term disability and the company refuses to give tgis to me even after they recoeved paperwork from the doctor

A lot of politics around getting promoted

Raises and bonuses do not correlate with increased responsibilities.

There is ALWAYS an excluse as to why the company cannot muster more than 1 or 2 percent raise. They used to say - well, the bonus makes up for it. Now they rate you low so you cant get a bonus. They dont pay for the performance many hard working folks have earned and they make you feel unworthy.

Recently received a 1% annual raise when inflation was sitting at 7% high. This was an absolute slap in the face. While I understand that there are limitations to increases the CEO was still able to take home several million last year. Would be nice to receive somewhat of an adjustment this year.

The compensation is low compared to executives. The average employee is right above poverty level while the CEO got a $2 million dollar raise this year.

I wasn’t paid according to my skill

Review from IT Dept

Too much effort for too little recognition

More money. More money. Much higher raises.

Basic yearly cost of living increases there are things outside of Wells Fargo that stop us from not necessarily always meeting their requirements but that doesn't mean that we don't deserve a cost-of-living increase maybe not a bonus but at least a general cost of living

Honestly, just a money thing. It is a good place to work. Raises tend to be between 1-3% per year.

It should pay equal like other vountries like US

It would be nice to earn a living wage and at least get a cost of living increase each year.

I feel under valued because I gave a 100% every day I went in to work regardless how I felt. I would feel valued as a employee and customer if my vice president would of set down and talk with me with the respect I deserved instead of making me leave.that was my years I served the bank not his.
