Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires in the company get not only drastically more RSU but even higher base salary than someone like me who's been with the company for a while. Multiple managers departure left my contribution un-recognized. Promo and raise are stingy.

As an internally promoted employee, I've seen many other new hires at my level get significantly better packages (both salary AND equity, despite my extra years here) than me. I know I am even lower than the low end of my bracket, and I feel helpless with no communication on how compensation works.

Hire based on technical skills and how the person could make a positive impact to company culture. It seems like a decent part of existing employees are only here because of the compensation, with little motivation for helping the company or making friends with coworkers.
