Better communication with employees and listening to employees that have experience

Build Software with a vision and not the organic way always! EmpLive needs an update and a DR! I can not believe that has not been setup for more than a year now! Do we as an organisation realize how hard it would be to sell this if we have one DR event? Pay better. Hire better and SELL BETTER

Not making decisions on a whim. Listening to the team (people that will have to do the work and have expertise) would save time & money. Constantly shifting priorities makes it hard to get anything accomplished

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall very competitive pay and inline with area salaries

pay + 5% bonus & we work for 4.5 days a week now. Half day fridays.. yay!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My market value is at least 40% more than what i am paid. Plus, the Paternal leave in Australia needs to be longer than 2 weeks.

I like my job and team, which is why I have not yet left, but I am regularly contacted on platforms such as LinkedIn with an average 20% pay increase being offered as well as very comparable benefits.

The business is too tangled up in 'policy' rather than the interest of the business. I have had personal experiences where WorkForce refused to compensate me fairly and refused to increase salary due to 'policy'

Could definitely make more at other companies in the area, pay could be higher, the company should offer better training incentives and education reimbursement

I think a larger focus on making this place an amazing spot to work would have improve our ability to go after our goals. The pockets of goodness that we have seem to be the result of well meaning individuals/managers and very grass roots as opposed to it being threaded into WFS' DNA.

Leadership does not listen to employees. They may claim to have an open door policy, but anything you say to them against what they believe can / will be used against you (including termination). Priorities change from week to week and rarely get passed down
