Lots of changes, lot of excitement and great people to work with. In Australia specially the team is soo amazingly collaborative.

Meeting the clients and interacting with them! I love meeting new people.

want to help the customer more! Not give reasons as to why it can't be done

Extremely friendly and vastly experienced. Always something new to learn from the others in the team.

WFS always pays under market value! They really need to start paying better to get better quality.

My market value is at least 40% more than what i am paid. Plus, the Paternal leave in Australia needs to be longer than 2 weeks.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Build Software with a vision and not the organic way always! EmpLive needs an update and a DR! I can not believe that has not been setup for more than a year now! Do we as an organisation realize how hard it would be to sell this if we have one DR event? Pay better. Hire better and SELL BETTER
