Xerox corporate doesn't care about it's people anymore. Raises are almost non-existent. Pension/retirement is an after thought- maybe they will match your 401k to 3%. Hiring replacements for people that have left is hit or miss, and happens after the person and their skills are gone.

A decent raise, actual money I to retirement, and some decent benefits would be nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local leadership is great as they only that the people make the product. Corporate management thinks we are just beans and we can buy them off the street when we need more.
