What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home so the culture at my house is great. On TEAMS, not always great.
What makes you most happy at work?
My actual work. I love what I do but not the processes that slows everything down, and the meetings. Multiple meetings with rambling.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are too frequent and don't bring any value to our jobs. It's a distraction. There is no need for a daily call. Every single day.
