Actually providing an incentive to work here - no salary increase, no career development, no hiring of contracts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am literally the least paid employee who has to supervise people paid more than me. I would feel better if I had at least the same or higher salary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's no incentive to better the company. When you do work hard, all you get is a "good job" to keep up the good work. We're looking to help increase your salary - but none of that ever happens.
