Again, I love what I do, but Xerox does not treat their employees well at all. If you are upper management you are protected, but if you are one of the people that does all the work, you are never recognized and you are not seen as a valuable asset to the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work I do, not where I work.

The conversation I had with the hiring manager was awesome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the ability to work with partner managers and help them develop their skills and career
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because from the top down the L&D department is looked at as being disposable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
From the top down employees need to be shown their valued and not "sold" to a shared services company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work really well together, support each other and are all willing to do what it takes to get a project completed on time.
