CCCI needs to be revamped. Starting with Management. She makes the work day stressful for most employees. She is not well thought of. They have lost a lot of good employees already because of her.

It is hard to say at the moment, more negative than anything

Most of them are good people, then you have the oddballs that make life hell .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That is how they make you feel. You start off all excited to be working for a huge company but then over time you feel like you have wasted time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Change the Management, they need a person that will not prefer one employee over the other . Treat them all equal as they are the people that make it run smooth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management in CCCI prefers certain staff , she does things behind others backs . She will ask for advice but will not follow them and makes bad choices. Hard workers have left because of her and she really made some bad choices
