Communicate with technicians that are on the ground to see how things are really working with the customers. Show appreciation by actually giving raises

Poor customer support, they need to stop outsourcing. If it is outsourced, make sure those answering the phones are understandable to those making phone calls

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increased workload/responsibilities without pay. Only way to get a raise is if you're a top tech and in a specific field and threaten to leave
