Management does not care for their employees. Resources keep leaving, yet the work keeps being asked of us. Churn and burn mentality. Miserable place to work in my past 20+ years. Not sure how they have been around for the past 100+ years when they treat their employees like this.

Everyone is being led by the blind. Bad decisions come from above.

Be honest about the opportunity. Lying to people just to get bodies in the door, only to have them leave in months later....not good.
