It's about your individual team. In regards to the company as a whole, it is the promotion of taking advantage of your benefits.
I love my leader! She really takes the time to take care of us as people and employees and goes above and beyond on a regular occurrence and also holds us accountable which I really appreciate.
EAP however.. I wish there were more than just 8 free sessions a year. I think that as a company who speaks about mental health a lot, it should be more like 5 sessions per quarter. You can't really accomplish a lot in 8 sessions & mental health is ongoing
