ADP is a great place to work
Overall ADP is a good company to work for and I appreciate what I have and the people I work with. ADP has a deep and wide learning curve and it is challenging to get ramped up at first. We get in our own way at times and change can be slow.
Most of us have each others backs
They are supportive of each other
Their transparency is really appreciated.
I really appreciate their transparency
we have each others backs
The fact that I get paid on time and accurately
Their transparency. I also appreciate that they are down to earth.
Learning new things, sharing what I know and helping our clients reach their goals.
That I have a job that I enjoy and get to work from home.
That it is consistent. Nothing particularly special about it. I've had better benefits before.
We walk the talk, truly listen to our associates and everyone's opinion is heard that wants it to be.
supportive and understanding/patient of each other and transparent. I also appreciate that they listen to their associates for feedback most of the time.
Treat each other with respect, be patient with each, take opportunities to learn/grow, listen to those of us on the front line and again transparency.
Vacation is the best part. I would prefer to see a PTO offering rather that pools sick and vacation together rather than sick and vacation broken out.
Feeling heard, being seen and having the tools I need to do my job successfully. I also enjoy the people. And need I say the pay check.
