It's good - but I am bored to death. I need to stay busy all the time, but from what I understand this will happen soon.

I should have come here years ago and I have decided to end my career here at ADP. More other jobs!

Employee stock at a discounted rate, pay and Time-off - is in my opinion very generous.

We are a team. If someone on the team has a question - someone always will help.

We all support each other. We can ask questions and not be judged. My team Rocks!

Not pushy, allows me to express feelings. Values my opinion and if my suggestions are good they get approved.

Communication - this is KEY. If there is a problem - tell me about it so we can resolve.

We have each others backs. Go can bounce questions off of each other and there no such things as stupid question.

Health wise there a lot of insentive to stay health. Access to classes, hooking up your fitness device to score points. I have earned a $200 gift card already this year.

The benefits and perks that go along with the comp package. Good example is Healthy Roads where you can earn points toward your next years premium. $500 is quite the comp benefit.

Reinforcement that if put thru as positive. Tell me good job and thank me once in a while for coming to work. It makes me want to come back the next day.

I work hard every day and feel I do my job well and my manager backs me up. I personally think that a .24 an hour increase is an insult. Reviews and increases should be more that once a year.
