Perhaps simply chatting with coworkers. It used to be things like release parties, but those have gone away since the pandemic.

It had been the way the company showed genuine care for everyone, but that has shifted dramatically as the company has grown quite a bit over the last few years.

We do a really good job of helping each other out and generally communicating with each other. We have continued to work well together in a work from home environment.

Working from home has been a game changer is how happy I have been at work. It allows me to be super productive and also have a great work/life balance.

The company has transitioned from a culture very much centered around food to a culture where we can work from anywhere (but no food). I think the new culture is a win.

Quite honestly, the culture of the company has been a bit of a mystery since we emerged from Covid. It's still a very good place to work, but not what it was prior to Covid.
