
HR Service leadership needs to be more competent. Goodyear Warehouse HR doesn't have a good reputation. Thankfully not as prone to constantly losing paperwork as it used to be, but it seems that they cannot make due on their promises.
If a candidate was a previous employee and gone through the correct channels to resign years ago but had decided to come back, HR services should be more helpful. There's been an instance where a person was called in many times, told the flag was fixed, but was denied an interview and orientation.
