Since our current work set up right now is "Work from Home", I appreciate that the company provides Internet allowance. Really appreciate how generous the company is to support employees with this kind of allowance.

Even though I was hired in the midst of the pandemic, I can say that my colleagues are very much approachable, easy to talk to, and indeed warm. Would love to meet them face to face once this pandemic surge is over!

What I liked most about the leadership team is that they let each and every employee feel that they belong in the company and that leaders in Ringcentral are like the essential glue that holds a team together to come up with their objective/ goals.

I love how Ringcentral prioritizes its employees. During the pandemic surge, I appreciate how the company looks after its people and does not force the employees to get back to the site/ workplace. I guess this is one of the manifestations I am in a great workplace!

I feel happy and motivated every time I feel like I am doing a proper job and I accomplish tasks on time. Another thing is whenever the team conducts a virtual program, although I have not met the team yet face to face, I get to see a glimpse of how fun and warm they are in the workplace!
