I like their engagement, transparency and culture they promote. They need to do better cascading strategy and goals for everyone to feel empower and feeling they make an impact
I think I am paid average/ fair but there is a big problem with stock price right now. My retention bonus when is less than 80% what I was meant to get which means that there is no 'retention' hook for me anymore. They should review that, people are leaving because shares packages are not attractive
