RingCentral – While we are trying to stay sales focused it is difficult given the constant churn of people. We are now at a level where deep tissue is being cut - the tribal knowledge of how & why has left the building and no one is addressing it except to say "we'll do better without them"

Not given the tools/resources comparable to equal roles in my division but expected to deliver at equal (or higher based on tenure). Equal pay for two roles or provide adequate support. Additionally the pay/commission is beyond inaccurate, confusing and inconsistent.
