I very much appreciate the opportunity to work for RC. My pay and my title do not match those of my peers for the same level of work / responsibility, nor does it match the industry benchmark

I've notice there is a lack of representation of women in top leadership positions. I would like to see consideration of the unique perspectives, experiences, skills that older employees bring to the table. I have noticed a keen focus on diversity initiatives, yet Caucasians seem to be excluded.
