It's clear they are involved and very adaptable. We don't do things a certain way just because a single executive or leader likes it that way. The ideas and values are very future-driven and improvement ideas are welcomed.

I have a good team and I work on a good product. I genuinely like what I do and feel confident in what I am doing. I come in excited to do more and see how else I can help our team.
