It's clear they are involved and very adaptable. We don't do things a certain way just because a single executive or leader likes it that way. The ideas and values are very future-driven and improvement ideas are welcomed.
I have a good team and I work on a good product. I genuinely like what I do and feel confident in what I am doing. I come in excited to do more and see how else I can help our team.
My team is comprised of a variety of people from different backgrounds. Everyone brings something different to the table so we can tackle things from many different perspectives. There is no 'one right way' to do things and everyone is open to innovation and change.
I am paid well so I am comfortable to do the things I need - like childcare, home improvements, etc - without any worry. This means I can focus on my job and not the additional stress of having to make ends meet. Bonuses paid out quarterly are a real motivator as well.
My schedule fits my needs. There is no 'set time' I need to be at work, as long as I am responsive and deliver work on time, I'm able to work when I need. The team is incredibly flexible and supportive, meaning if something comes up, I have a safety net to help me.
