Majority of the experience are all positive. We just felt the negative more because this cause fatigue and stress and me myself is getting sick lately. But I don't have any problems with any of the SME and above since they are all helpful at all times.

we are just creating our own positive environment since most of the time, we are unable to enjoy the perks or culture provided by the company

been working here for more than 1 year and they told us before that there was an annual salary increase and I believe that my scorecard was qualified but end up with nothing

It would be better to have an increase with our compensation specially most of the team mates already left the company and we are getting large amount of calls per day due to absentism and attrition. Giving out OT will not be enough for most of us.
