
I am very satisfied with the previous leadership and benefits before. But when the new leadership came in, I am thinking to submit my resignation as I don't feel they value our team. Also, the benefits like HMO restricts us to easily go to the accredited hospitals near me.

The rate is not matched with the tasks they give to us. Other colleagues has high salary vs mine especially to those promotion internally
They don't have care with their employees. They need to improve their people management. The company itself is good but the leadership needs to improve well when it comes to managing people.
The leadership needs to improve their people management, they need to value their employees, avoid being bias and politics because that's is going on for a long time. This was raised to them but we don't feel/see any resolutions.
