
They are very optimistic regardless of situations. Their mental resiliency is impressive.
They are very active in communication in regards to the actions being taken by the management.
They need to be more encourage to take ownership on their actions. The current set up let teammates to pass responsibility to their support team. I understand the "Teammate first" policy but spoon-feeding them is not very helpful on the account's growth.
The current situation on our account leans on immediate gratification instead of long-term benefits. It is quite demoralizing how the operations team leans on ensuring that KPIs are meet by spoon-feeding the teammates the answers instead of making mistakes but improving. Too focus on statistics.
I suppose it has been two years but I was offered a different salary during initial interview to the actual amount stated on the contract. My current salary does not match the total experience I have in the industry, even lower than my previous company. Nothing to do about it, I suppose.
