Not so sure,. salary i guess there's no bonuses or happy hour just to make everybody excited to come in to work. Its gets boring everyday

the food maybe its free. and ofcourse you get paid, even our LOB does not offer any bonuses or Over time incentives client or the company itself.

They should be here at the Office just like us! Our leaders here you wont see them here most of the time. Only a few would be here at the office to support us,. Nothing against other leaders its only my opinion that they should be here so we can meet them in person.
Was muss geändert werden, um die Unternehmenskultur zu verbessern?
in my opinion it would be more giving away prices at work like Happy hours who ever gets more surveys or has the lowest AHT gets a price like chocolate or anything, In my past company they make sure that everyday everyone is happy and excited to go to work because of the games and prices they offe
