Company culture says People First but they only care for the TM's not to the support associate. I do not even had 121 from last one year with any of the IS or Manager. I do not even know how they monitor our work and evaluate our performance.
It is not always the culture and environment which help people to feel better. It is always the culture maintained by the IS or Manager. I think the culture is more of good for the Higher level that is above Manager level not for the Associate Level at all. Care about Revenue not People at all.
