The context of Annual Salary increase. I think it would be better that even those who got 2 as a rating could still have an increase.

People at the production. Additional allowance (Transportation) that is if you're on a night shift but it will be best if they can provide it with no conditions

Before, it was the people who I worked with and the challenges in terms of policies but in the long run I've noticed practice of Nepotism. The incentives no longer excites me as well
