
I'm extremely happy with TaskUs, For the overall experience, I couldn't be happier because I'm overjoyed to receive educational assistance from TU which is a great big help to parents like me.
The benefits are all good. However, the salary is a little too low compare to other BPO company's. The qualification is also too high and I dont think that the salary does not fit.

Aside from salary, I have a team leader and team members who are jolly and coopearative

What I like more from my team is their ability to extend their support by helping - we don't drag each other down

I love the benefits and the amount of salary that I get from TU. Its just that it does not suffice anymore for people's daily needs, especially the amount of fare and stuff that arises.
Every time there is an increase in our pay, they also give us additional tasks/increase amount for government deductions - which causes the increase to become worthless I would feel better if they can give us additional pay that would make us feel valued and comfortable.
They are cooperative, friendly, funny though we also have bida bida one - which is kinda normal in this industry. We just interact professionally and help one another- The best thing about our team is for sharing our best practices and share amazing ideas that could help understand the process more
I've been in the BPO industry for almost 9 years now and I've been with TaskUs for 6 years. I feel undervalued as I think the compensation and benefits I received are for entry level jobs. Though I'm dedicated and I hope that TaskUs cares for employees who have been loyal to them
