i have worked for more than 10 years now and I can say that my experience here is by far the worst. we signed a contract for chat, the only reason we accepted the offer was because it was explained that it was for a chat account. do not tell us that a hybrid account is chat and inbound phone calls

doing good with the promised lob, chat and inbound phone calls are two completely different platforms and therefore they require an increase when being transferred to phone.

we have all been told that since we signed a contract, theres nothing that can be done, go with the flow. the only thing that we have in common is that all of us were tricked into signing the contract

for an inbound phone call lob, the pay being given to us is not even in the same planet of what can be called fair. THE ONLY REASON THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED WAS BECAUSE IT WAS EXPLAINED AS A CHAT ACCOUNT

be transparent, discuss changes before they happen not after. if a contract was signed and discussed as chat and outbound, DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR AGENTS TO AN INBOUND PHONE CALL LOB AND TELL THEM THEY SIGNED A CONTRACT THAT WAS EXPLAINED DIFFERENTLY. OMS ARE MAKING AGENTS FEEL STUPID. TRY LISTENING
