An internet allowance should be provided since there are teammates like me who pays for internet connection only because of work. We're always subscribed to prepaid data promos. Internet bill doesn't really help in making life easier especially for a sole provider and solo parent like me. :(

I don't really feel undervalued, it's just that with the low basic pay we have here it's hard to accommodate additional expense like the monthly internet bill. Perhaps we could allocate an internet allowance so that our monthly pay would be use solely for our family and utility bills at home.

The people. The culture. The love and care they show by asking us or trying to know what they can do to fulfill our needs as an employee. It is important for teammates like me to feel that I'm voice is being heard and the company does their best to meet our needs so we can be more effective at work.
