hope they work on their scheme, instead of saying that our work is easy and favorable set up as wfh, they still need to be paid fairly which equals to the work load we are working.

this is just my opinion but base on the contract we signed up but the jobs constantly changing. & additional workloads/skills that is not stated to the contract even we are expected to be flexible they should know better,

YES because they put us on A LOT OF WORKLOAD WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PAY. saying its still being discussed though, WE ARE ALREADY ON DOING A LOT OF WORKS. NO PROGRESS OF AT ALL even discussed on our FGD
