My teammates are professional, specifically my wavemates.
delayed computation of OT's and holiday is not a good practice. hopefully the company partners would be more people centered. people have worked for it ahead to earn it. as for the managers, hopefully they would understand how it feels to be pushed like robots. work life balance is never practiced.
the WFH setting is the only positive side of this company but the people that work for the company specifically the managers who implement the rules of how the call should be handled is a crap. they act like they hammer you while you are working. but support is not even satisfying.
Hopefully, the managers would be more product knowledgeable that instead of pushing us to go back to knowledge base guide answer us directly as we are in the mid of call, later let us use our training time so we can review as well as answer all those courses that we can't complete in time.
Be more human. It is said that we adhere to people first but the managers are not. It seems like they have trust issue with the people they handle. Is it because we are on a WFH set-up we'd be making up excuses not to work? Schedule is crap too. 1am-10am - 2am-11am. What kind of adjustment is that?
