It is sad that this company only prioritizes profit over investing with their people. They are fond of downgrading employee benefits. Full of people lacking in leadership skills.

In my over 15 years working in the BPO industry, TaskUs is by far the worst in all aspects. Ridiculously not a best place to work. Definitely not a people first company and core values are just for show. Undervalued and full of cost cutting measures. We are treated as robots and being paid unfairly.

Avoid gossiping and be supportive of all team members.

We communicate well with each other and focus on goals and results. We offer each other support.

A Work-life Satisfaction and a people-first culture? Not happening in this company. A company full of flowery words.

Based on over 3 years of working here. There have been more challenges than positive experiences during my time with the company.

Full of cost cutting measures. Improve decisions that negatively impact teammates. Think that teammates are also affected by the current inflationary environment and not just the company.

Considering inflation, definitely undervalued. Salary range is below market value. I don't know if it's because of our location which is a city and capital of a province.

Below industry standards. Too low compare to other local vendors like Accenture and TDCX. Annual merit increase is always less than 55 to none even if your average is more than 95%. You call our HMO comprehensive while it is only clinic-based.

Interpersonal skills.Treating employees equally as well.Our current operation and senior managers are treating us like robots.What they only care about is their numbers. Fond of using the word "mediocre" even if our team and individual scorecards are by far & don't know how to acknowledge hard work
