I will never ever refer this company to anyone. Very toxic culture and managers like Elvira Ahoman and Joseph Tan Galvan.

Low salary but lot of tasks and stress from the management. Very bad HMO.

Overworked and underpaid. Full of cost cutting measures. We're also affected by the ongoing inflation.

The worst culture ever. You call your company people-first but the fact that it is not.

Bad management and low salary. Give us fair pay and remove all of those toxic leaders

Create a survey for managers on how they handle people in operations. They are treating us like robots.

Train all of the leaders to be fair and kind to the teammates and give us salary increase to compensate for all of stress and depression that we are facing because of the bad management and burn out. Also, bring back Avega HMO.
