It's my first time to be an FTE in a BPO and from what I've heard from others and I experience in TaskUs, we're different from them. Leaders are very approachable, like they are just your friends but everyone shows mutual respect. The heirarchy doesn't really exist. Truly people-first.

The HMO pre-existing conditions should be revisited as well as the accredited clinic/hospital services. It should be improved.

It was fast and convenient. We've done a phone call interview and a call via zoom and I took both in my most convenient place.

They put people first. Not that they are perfect. They commit mistakes and they swallow their prides and egos, to admit that they made mistakes. Yes, plural. That's rare.
