It has been great. The people are great and I enjoy the values of the company and executives. It is stressful and we have set the bar high, especially the last 2 years, but I am happy to be a part of it. I wish we were able to work from home more, since its possible, and gas is ridiculous :(

ADP is a wonderful company to work at, mainly because of the people here. The job itself that I do, is stressful and demanding, but the people here make it that much better. The benefits are also great, and earning OT is great too.

Everyone gets along, has similar core values and we are all there for each other no matter what. We help when help is needed, in any way possible, and the culture is fantastic. We WANT to communicate with each other and truly are a team.

IMPLEMENTATION is under compensated. As an "entry level" position, there are NUMEROUS systems and SO MUCH information that is necessary to learn/know in order to do the job. We are put under a TON of stress, from all other departments as well as our own, COMPENSATION should be better

I feel that A LOT of work goes in to the roles here, a lot to learn, a lot of systems, a lot of parts to each role. I definitely believe that "Entry Level" positions, are not necessarily that, and that pay should be higher for the job being done.

I think being an Implementation Specialist is a HARD job. There is a TON of information we need to learn, MANY systems we need to use, we are depended on A LOT, and I definitely don't think we are compensated for all that we do and are expected to do and learn and know! INFLATION too!
