I love working at ADP, I'm so grateful for the benefits and opportunities I have had over the last 7 years, and the people I have met and been able to learn from. In over 20 years of working, I have never found a company like ADP (and I experienced many).

People are encouraged and supported to be their true selves. The culture is one of openness and encouragement. I've also never worked anywhere before where I can say everyone I have come into contact with (and this is globally and over my 7 years at ADP and various roles) is as helpful and friendly
