I am extremely happy at ADP. Happy and grateful.

I love my job but struggle working with other business units as their lack of communication and urgency is what causes our clients to leave and if they are my clients, I am ultimately responsible.
Revisión
The conduct themselves as "regular" people and are approachable.
Revisión
I adore the majority of my clients and love to be able to assist them through their challenges.

My manager is amazing and fully supports work/life balance and allowing us to take ownership of our roles and the care of our clients.

I have a fantastic manager who treats me like I matter. She is complimentary about my skill set and makes me happy to be here.
Revisión
I have autonomy to do my job. I appreciate that my leaders have faith that I can do my job well and let me do it!
Revisión
They are authentic and open. They make themselves available and listen to feedback and ideas. They share often about what is going on within the company. They encourage personal and professional growth.

I work with some amazing people who care about our clients and hold themselves to a high standard, just as I do. I also have a work best friend and I know that is very important.
Revisión
Some of the members of my team share the same mindset and do their very best for our clients - those are the colleagues I gravitate towards. Some need more training and need to care more, in general.
Revisión
The are authentic in their words and deeds. They don't ask us to do anything they would not or have not done themselves. I love that our CEO worked her way up the ranks and was not an outside hire into the role.

I am treated like a professional adult with the autonomy to do my work and service my clients. The feedback I receive from clients reflects the good work that I do. I appreciate the environment I am allowed to work in. Its been rare in my experience.
Revisión
The fact that I have the autonomy to organize and arrange my work day. Also that I am not required to report to an office. I enjoy the ability to work from home but then go out and see clients. I am so very grateful for this opportunity.

In ADP TotalSource, the HRBPs hold a dual role and are ultimately responsible for client retention, yet they are viewed and treated as a standard member of the service team. HRBPs should be held in a little higher esteem and brought to the table for process and continuous improvement discussions.

I feel that my starting salary should have been hire than it was based on my years of experience and education level. I do not need our health benefits (my husbands are better) so I would have appreciated more money towards a retirement account or cash added to my salary for "opt out."

I am new in my role (3 months in) and so far, have found most of my service partners to not be very helpful. There is a lack of "sense of urgency" that permeates. I just lost a client because someone in another role that I had to go to for assistance dropped the ball.

I feel that my starting rate was low in considering my education and experience. I also don't need health and welfare benefits so an alternative would have been nice. I also don't agree with my pay raise for the next year being pro-rated. That is very odd to me. I may as well have gotten no raise.
