This leadership team does a phenomenal job of connecting, engaging, informing, sharing recognition and striving to support employees. They work incredibly hard to ensure we know the expectations, but to help us have fun and share in our success. They are personal, reachable, approachable, etc.

The ability to advance and the fact the range allows for increases. The opportunity to increase it with hard work. The ADP Stock Options. And there are a lot of great benefits options. All of this is part of my compensation. I like that they provide choices to fit individual needs/motivators.
