
It all depends on your manager and the team you're in. I had one manager for several years which wasn't a good experience, then I changed to some other team and have another manager and it all changed drastically for good.

Other companies pay higher salaries for the same technical jobs. ADP is not a company paying good salaries to technical employees (Developers, Testers, Automation experts, Technical leads, ...). Other companies give higher salaries.

Restaurant card has a limit and forces us asking to pay lunch in 2 parts, 1 with ADP card and 1 with our personal one. Transport cannot be bought on weekends to save time on Monday mornings. Some benefits are widely requested since many years, still no changes: pension plan, gym pass, etc.
