I'm relatively new but have a few months under my belt now and I still feel as excited as I did on day one. I'm genuinely grateful for all the things ADP does to make our workdays enjoyable from the standing desks to the contests and games we play... the little things add up!

Interacting with my team and also the cafe / Starbucks lattes. Sometimes they come around with a treat cart and give us free treats and that little gesture has a huge impact.

Everyone genuinely enjoys working here and it shows. The leaders are kind and helpful, my colleagues are proud to work for ADP, and the culture is evident from the first moment I stepped through the door.

Every member of leadership I've interacted with has been pleasant and friendly, warm and welcoming. I feel totally at ease addressing any issues or asking any questions. It's a rare thing and I'm so grateful for it.

I love walking in each day, the smell of food and coffee wafts down the hall and the people are all so cheerful and welcoming. I walk out of the office smiling because of the environment here. It's a beautiful thing!
