I have been at ADP a long time. I have faith that my benefits and pay will always be there. I have seen an evolution to meet the current and ever-changing needs of our customers both present and future. I would not want to work anywhere else as I feel we are the best.

I have been here a long time. Changes in staffing take place causing me anxiety from time to time. I love working here and the thought that sometimes I am a number bothers me . I don't want to feel like a pawn on a chessboard. My immediate manager values me. Executive level doesn't know me.

My team is stretched out all over the US. I don't really know them. The way they present themselves in meetings and on chats aren't always what I would say best foot forward. I have had people that I thought that before and once I actually met them, it was a different experience.
