They need to get staffing together. On my unit we’re always doing the most with what feels like the absolute least

There is so much division on my unit. And everyone is afraid to speak out in fear that the manager might retaliate

It’s a face paced unit. We rarely have cna to help with patient care and the assignments are heavy. Everyone is so busy trying to keep their patients from falling and family satisfied we don’t have much time to help each other. The Clin Sups don’t help out much either
