Listening. They fail to gather data from employees their decisions affect and turn a blind eye to their internal problems. Cart-before-the-horse mentality. No appreciation, only criticism. Policies encourage an "under-the-radar" attitude. "Everyone can be replaced" leadership.

Policies need to be followed by all, not just floor employees. Work that does not belong in the center needs to be removed. The do more with less culture is tiresome and insulting. Managed devices grow while the amount of people to support them dwindles. Automation is in its infancy.
