I loved working for Nordstrom when things were better, but within the past two years I cannot say much positive or happy things about the company.

The interviews use to go through HR, now unfortunately it's meeting with the candidate and listening to them talk before you decide if they are a good fit or not. Since that change we've hired lazy people or people there just because they spoke well during the interview.
