Roller coaster. We had a phenomenal rise leading up to (and through) Covid years. Things have slowed down a bit and competition has figured out ways to sell around us since, so we have to grind for the same results. Regardless, I have been happy as an employee and dont want to be anywhere else.

The benefits are incredible, and I believe my pay is on par with the role and job duties as displayed by comps in the industry. I feel valued financially and it allows me to show up and work hard.

Interacting with the members of my team and getting things done. I feel productive, and I get a sense of accomplishment from helping people stay connected to the initiatives that we undertake. I love seeing friends and familiar faces in every department, and it feels like family with the history.

The company fosters an environment where people want to work hard to support each other, even if our peers are outside of our team scope. We help each other cross functionally without needing constant recognition (though receiving it is a nice bonus). It is a FUN environment where I feel connected.

I like that they keep me around, and I hope that they see the value in employees who take time to understand different departments and how to best get things done in the organization. Some members are more accessible than others, and I appreciate the ones who take time to get to know the employees.

i feel like i work with people who genuinely work hard and do their best to make this a better company. There is no complaining for no reason, but rather this group is focused on solving problems. They are kind, and it feels like family. I ENJOY coming to work with the people I get to interact with.
