Overall it's good. There are some changes I would like to see implemented (ie - wfh was an issue for some for years that mgmnt would not consider until it was forced. turned out not to be an issue in the end). Every company can improve, but I think Sabre is doing a good job with new ideas.

Never receiving feedback on how to reach goal position. For years the company always touts internal promotions but doesnt see it through, even though next level work is being completed.

I don't know. I attend the meetings, but it seems like the same info is just repackaged. We are short staff, but there doesn't seem to be an earnest attempt to retain talent.

There is a true sense of team and everyone is always there to make sure each team member has what they need to get the job done. Everyone has each other's back. It's like that pretty much through all the groups I've worked in. #greatteams

No clear path to get promoted. I am confident in my skills, have steeped up when needed and have always delivered. Yet, I cannot get a clear list of what needs to be achieved to get to the next level. It's frustrating at best. Just tell me what to do, let me do it and let's get it done.
