There is a culture to develop quickly, with quality often taking a backseat. If these can be worked on, Sabre will be in a great place

Everyone on my team is willing to help out at the drop of a hat; everyone works well together, and we've really fostered a small community where we can seek guidance, be vulnerable, and lean on each other for expertise.

Leaders expect excellent performance while providing as little resources and investment in employees as possible. We aren't allowed to backfill/hire new talent, so existing employees absorb multiple workloads across a given year as talent exits. This has resulted in palpable burnout and eroded faith
