For such a small company it is actually quite hard to get things done. Everything is siloed, especially Finance and IT. I'm not sure we are attracting the "best" talent. I think the new leadership is doing a good job to change the culture and budget issues.

My experience has been positive. I feel like I am able to make a difference because of what I do, and that my voice is heard. Generally speaking, leadership at all levels is approachable and listens. The Sabre business is complicated, and I wish there were more places to visit to learn more.

We have fun at work, but my team works very hard. They are all very committed to doing their best.
Revisión
There is a good mix between time off, site events and engagement opportunities that offsets the hard work my team puts in.

I think the quality of work has significantly diminished ever since team members have been allowed to work from home. The pace and quality of work has really gone down.

There is a double standard at Sabre. Leaders are being allowed to stay in hotels that are out of scope of policy, and live in apartments paid for by the company that cost three times the amount of a normal home. Why are we spending money on Launch and President Circle trips if money is so tight?
