My salary is not up to the mark with Market standards, it is around 3o to 40% less while comparing but new joiners are getting fair salary as per market. if company make the adjustments to the CTC and balance with market standards it will help as outside daily/other expenses are increased a lot.

I am getting very less salary, whoever joined in last 2 to 3 years are well paid as per the market, as we are with the company more than 5 years, we got nothing in salary hike. as per the market we are far behind, please make adjustment to make the salary as per the market.
